Krom\u011b tradi\u010dn\u00edch kategori\u00ed sout\u011b\u017e \u201epos\u00edlila\u201co kategorii \u201e<strong>Zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed projekty<\/strong>\u201c, kter\u00e1 byla ur\u010dena zejm\u00e9na pro novinky a zaj\u00edmavosti z oblasti technologi\u00ed a nov\u00fdch metod \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed kontaktn\u00edch center.<\/p>\n<p>Sout\u011b\u017ee Czech Contact Center Award se \u00fa\u010dastnila kontaktn\u00ed centra z r\u016fzn\u00fdch obor\u016f (logistika, finan\u010dn\u00ed slu\u017eby, aerolinie). Jej\u00edm smyslem bylo nejen porovn\u00e1n\u00ed projekt\u016f z oblasti hlasov\u00e9 \u010di online komunikace, ale t\u00e9\u017e si kladla za c\u00edl ocenit kvalitn\u00ed pr\u00e1ci v kontaktn\u00edch centrech a posilovat tak image oboru.<br \/>\n\u201eSout\u011b\u017e Czech Call Center Award je jednou z mnoha aktivit, kter\u00e9 pro call centra d\u011bl\u00e1me. Chceme se d\u00e1le v\u011bnovat tomuto segmentu trhu a v oblasti vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, certifikac\u00ed a sout\u011b\u017e\u00ed podporovat kvalitu callcentrov\u00e9ho byznysu a kultivovat trh,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Tom\u00e1\u0161 H\u00e1jek, v\u00fdkonn\u00fd \u0159editel ADMEZ.<\/p>\n<p>Leto\u0161n\u00ed sout\u011b\u017e prob\u011bhla ve t\u0159ech kategori\u00edch \u2013 Inbound projekty (p\u0159\u00edchoz\u00ed hovory), New media a Zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed projkety. Prvn\u011b jmenovan\u00e1 kategorie dokazuje, \u017ee kontaktn\u00ed centra se st\u00e1vaj\u00ed multikan\u00e1lov\u00fdmi komunika\u010dn\u00edmi platformami, zejm\u00e9na d\u00edky r\u016fzn\u00fdm online kan\u00e1l\u016f.
