Po propu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed jsou zam\u011bstn\u00e1ni v civiln\u00edch call centrech A-GIGA. Vedle zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed a kvalifikace je CS poskytnuta individu\u00e1ln\u00ed podpora p\u0159i \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed drogov\u00e9 z\u00e1vislosti, finan\u010dn\u00edho managementu, bydlen\u00ed a samostatn\u00e9ho \u017eivota. P\u0159edkl\u00e1dan\u00fd projekt zav\u00e1d\u00ed novou formu spolupr\u00e1ce p\u0159i realizaci s partnerem G\u0158 VS a roz\u0161i\u0159uje program individu\u00e1ln\u00ed podpory CS v dob\u011b VTOS i po propu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed podpory sni\u017euje rizikovost CS.<\/p>\n<p>Probl\u00e9my vysok\u00e9 recidivy v \u010cR analyzuje nov\u00e1 Koncepce v\u011bze\u0148stv\u00ed v \u010cR, kter\u00e1 za jeden z kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f pova\u017euje pr\u00e1v\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed zam\u011bstnanosti ve v\u00fdkonu trestu odn\u011bt\u00ed svobody (VTOS). Dal\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m p\u0159edstavuje nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 p\u0159ipravenost v\u011bz\u0148\u016f na \u017eivot po propu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na drogov\u00e1 z\u00e1vislost, zadlu\u017eenost, nedostatek pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst, chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed bydlen\u00ed a individu\u00e1ln\u00ed podpora integrace.<\/p>\n<p>Podle \u00fadaj\u016f pro v\u011bznici Vina\u0159ice, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b \u010cR, je rozsah probl\u00e9mu charakterizov\u00e1n n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edmi \u00fadaji:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N\u00edzk\u00e1 zam\u011bstnanost ve VTOS v \u010cR (oproti ofici\u00e1ln\u00edm statistik\u00e1m se pohybuje kolem 20-30 %)<\/li>\n<li>N\u00edzk\u00e1 nab\u00eddka pracovn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed s vyu\u017eitelnost\u00ed z\u00edskan\u00fdch kompetenc\u00ed po propu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>Nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 podpora pro integraci po propu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed (\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed dluh\u016f, drogov\u00e9 z\u00e1vislosti, soc. ek. integrace), pouze 10 % odsouzen\u00fdch je za\u0159azeno ve specializovan\u00fdch ? standardizovan\u00fdch programech<\/li>\n<li>N\u00edzk\u00e1 m\u00edra zam\u011bstnanosti propu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch z VTOS a t\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost recidivy (v \u010cR je recidiva 70 %, zam\u011bstnanost propu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch odhadov\u00e1na na 25 %)<\/li>\n<li>Na nevhodnost st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed reaguje nov\u00e1 Koncepce v\u011bze\u0148stv\u00ed, kter\u00e1 formuluje 9 hlavn\u00edch oblast\u00ed vy\u017eaduj\u00edc\u00edch zm\u011bny, z nich\u017e 5 je zahrnuto v p\u0159edkl\u00e1dan\u00e9m projektu a jeho inova\u010dn\u00edm \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>zam\u011bstnanost<\/li>\n<li>vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed,<\/li>\n<li>programy zach\u00e1zen\u00ed a SARPO,<\/li>\n<li>\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed drogov\u00e9 problematiky,<\/li>\n<li>prevence a resocializace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hlavn\u00ed c\u00edl navazuje na specifick\u00fd c\u00edl v\u00fdzvy tj.
